I am a dedicated IT professional with a Master’s degree in M.Sc. (IT) from Mumbai University and a strong foundation in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Technical Support.

I currently serve as a Technical Support Engineer in the Virtualization domain at Palo Alto Networks TAC, where I specialize in providing advanced support for virtualized network security solutions.

My role involves deep technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and proactive guidance for complex firewall deployments in virtual environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, NSX-T, and ESXi.

I assist global enterprise customers in configuring and managing VM-Series firewalls and Panorama, with a focus on high availability, policy management, and cloud integration.

Prior to this, I worked as an L2 NOC Engineer at HPE-Aruba Networks, where I was responsible for maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. I provided advanced troubleshooting for Aruba wireless controllers, access points, and switches—ensuring robust performance and seamless operations for clients worldwide.

Additionally, I have hands-on experience designing and developing live websites for local businesses, reflecting my passion for web technologies and a user-focused design approach.

Outside of my technical career, I am also a Sensei-level Karate Instructor with a 3rd Dan Black Belt—highlighting my discipline, leadership, and perseverance.
